Final Submission

I finally revised the table of contents. I made the font larger, and more eligible to read. I then dragged the "Table of Contents" title down a little bit more and centered it, so that it was not in the middle of the pictures that are shown.

Creative Critical Reflection pt.4

Draft of CCR Questions

How did you integrate technologies- software, hardware, and online- in this project?

My partner and i used Social Media Websites such as Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram to make others aware of our brand and content publishing to inform the audience about our magazine. We will also be creating a Shopify Ecommerce Store to allow our customers to subscribe to our magazine online. This will also be used in the structure of a sales funnel to primarily collect leads such as email addresses. We will be using thee leads to market to customers for lower price rages. We used Canva Business Plan to edit our layouts and used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit our videos we will be publishing on the Social Media accounts. We decided we would be partnering with store companies to sell our magazine to the readers all around the U.S , we will also be hosting events to sell paper copies of the products, and sponsoring other companies. The company will also attend other events to put the company out there, selling our magazines and eventually merchandise with our logo on it.

How did your production skills develop throughout this project?

Before I received the project I had absolutely no idea how to make a magazine, or anything about them. In the beginning of the project I did the 90 page outline so I knew what was planned out. On the front cover of the magazine, I could not find the right ratio on where the logo and the title should be. As well as the subheadings, I could not figure out where it would like better for them to be.

Within' a couple weeks my partner and I had decided to put the title of the magazine about half and inch and centered top part of the magazine. As for the subheadings, we put them on the edge's of the magazine, and where they would stand out the readers.

How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?

Our magazine introduces the audience to new activities that they can do throughout the state of Florida, learn new information about the fish, ways of fishing, and issues caused by humans. We indulge readers by interviewing them of their own stories to publish and places to visit for holidays. We focus on ocean activities that others might enjoy, whether it's for families, couples, or a weekend for friends. We also talk about safety procedures while doing activities to ensure safety.

My partner and I decided in order to distribute the magazine, we would promote it on social media such as, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat. We will have a link to our website for them to digitally download the magazines on their device. After doing so, we would then market the magazine and go to conventions to try and sell the new product, as well as continuing promoting it. We will keep track of how many customers have subscribed to the magazine and bought the product on the website that will e set up. The website will also allow the viewers to see other magazines that have been published, learn about sponsorship's, and promoters.
