Distribution Plan

Distribution

To start off, my partner and I will create social media accounts to let viewers know about the magazine company. We then will have a link connected to the posts to take the audience to the website we have created.

On the website we will have the amount of subscribers the company will have, and how many magazines have been ordered online. We will have ads running on instagram, facebook, youtube, and tv to promote the magazine.

We will go to conventions to sell paper copies of the magazine, and other products related to the magazine. Once the company gets bigger, we will host events as it will boost the company, as well as sponsoring other sub companies or people.

The accounts will be @FloridaAdventures on Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook. This follows the format of other magazine companies such as 'Outdoor Sportsman' , 'Salt Water Mag' and 'Scuba Diving Sport Diver'. Those magazines had tried to spread there brand as much as possible on different entertainment products; Digital, TV, Radio, and Paper.

We will partner with stores as well that will sell our magazines to help distribute the magazine out to our readers.

Marketing Plan

Florida Adventures focuses on our branding through our color scheme and logo, which allows recognition and awareness of the magazine brand.

We will then set up social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. On the accounts we will regularly post pictures to engage the audience to read our magazines.

The marketing of the magazine will also consist of an E-commerce website through Shopify to sell the products, on a subscription base, with a sales funnel to primarily collect contacts. We will begin cold targeting through ads on Facebook and Instagram. There will be twenty different ad sets, spending five dollars a day; Targeting different Saltwater Fishing Interests such as, competitors magazines, Florida Keys, Spearfishing, Etc. and Engaged Shoppers testing the demographics below.

If results are non-effective, offer promotion for the First Month during a twelve month subscription.

We will then re-target those who engaged with our advertisements and our list of Contacts. After enough data has been collected (about 50) we can scale through Focused Look Alike Audiences.
